Harmony, LMFT has experience working with teens as a San Francisco United School District therapist, and community leader in San Francisco. Harmony brings her incredible experience working in mental health across school districts in San Francisco to shape Kaiya's peer support model. Her passion is to provide resources to a vast community of youth from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds that may not have had the opportunity otherwise.

She provides humor, gentle challenging, creative interventions and non-judgmental support to help create community support. She works with a culturally sensitive lens, rooted in social justice and honors all identities and abilities in all bodies. With a holistic, strengths-based, somatically trained (connecting the mind body connection), and LGBTQ+ affirmative perspective to support a sense of safety, connection to promote change. She believes in connection with others and the environment. She likes to say change happens when one feels safe, connected and understood. 

Outside of work, she loves walking her dog, dancing, and connecting with loved ones.
