Maddy’s founder story stems from her own lived experience with panic disorder and anxiety as a teen. Maddy studied Anthropology at Cornell University and gained her MBA in social entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
Before founding Kaiya, Maddy spent 10 years working across the technology & innovation sector in leadership roles in startups and companies such as Microsoft and Accenture. As a social entrepreneur, she builds products with a human-first lens, leveraging her deep empathy to create powerful world-shifting new experiences.
She’s also a frequent meditator, yogi, hiker, cross fitter, and community builder.
